Gastrointestinal benefits
I wholeheartedly recommend this coconut oil; it is a fantastic butter substitute. I have gallbladder issues and if I stray from my diet, it reacts quickly. However, using this coconut oil does not cause me any discomfort. Cooking with it enhances the flavour and healthiness of my meals, keeping my digestive system happy.

Coconut oil frying issues
It is impossible to fry with this as it leaves a strong coconut flavour. I had intended to use it for frying, but the taste clashed with everything, so I ended up giving it away to friends. I will continue to fry in olive oil instead, as it may be less healthy for frying, but at least I can enjoy chips without ketchup.
